How can I use the app during Ramadan?

If you are observing Ramadan and would like to keep track of your fasting period, as a PRO user, you can select our 17:7 fasting method and customize your fasting times accordingly.

In order to start our 17:7 fasting method, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the YAZIO app.
  2. Go to the "Fasting" tab.
  3. Scroll down to the “Popular Trackers” section.
  4. Click on “More” and select the 17:7 tracker under the “Intermediate” category.
  5. Don’t start the tracker immediately, but scroll down and click on "Fasting preset" and on "Manually adjust fasting times".
  6. Once you have preset your fasting times, click "Start tracker".

In case you have already started a fasting tracker in the app, please cancel it first by following these steps:

  1. Open the YAZIO app.
  2. Go to the "Fasting" tab.
  3. Click on the pencil symbol in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Then click on "Cancel fasting".
  5. Confirm by clicking "Yes" / "Cancel fasting". The fast will be canceled immediately.
  6. Finally, click on the cross in the upper right corner to return to the fasting tab.
  7. There, you can choose the 17:7 fasting method and follow the instructions above in order to start the tracker.
