- Scroll to Popular trackers
- Tap More
- Select 17:7 under Intermediate
- Scroll down and tap on Fasting preset
- Tap Manually adjust fasting times
- Set your preferred fasting window
- Tap Start tracker
Tip: Adjust your fasting window before starting the tracker to match your daily prayer and meal times.
How can I cancel an active fasting tracker?
If you have already started another fasting tracker, cancel it first:
- Open the Yazio app
- Tap on the Fasting tab
- Tap on the pencil icon in the top right corner
- Tap Cancel Fast
- Confirm by tapping Cancel fasting
- Tap on the cross in the top right corner to return
You can now select 17:7 and follow the steps above to start your new tracker.
