When you search for food in the app, you may see entries with a small checkmark next to the title. These are entries that we have already verified. 

What does it mean for a food to be verified?

A food is verified when certain factors indicate that the calorie and nutritional information in the entry are correct. This occurs, for example, when a manual review by our team is performed. Additionally, when the food comes from a source that is considered trustworthy, it is also marked as “verified”. If you find suitable verified food for your search, we recommend using it.
