The scanned product will not be recognized, why?

If scanning the product does not work correctly, it can have several reasons. In most cases, the scanned product is not in our database, so no results can be shown. If this is the case, you can add the respective product and contribute to the improvement of our database. It might also be possible that your account has a food database from another country, and therefore you don't get suitable suggestions.

Moreover, it is important for the scanning process that the barcode is of good quality and readable. So it might help to increase it or arrange good light conditions during scanning.
