Can I log my meal’s calories without adding the individual ingredients?

If you already know the calories and even the macronutrients of your meal, you can add them to your diary without having to log each individual ingredient. This can be helpful, for example, if the restaurant you’re at provides the information for you.

To do so:

  1. Under the Diary tab book-minus.png, select “Add” for one of the meal categories.
  2. Choose "Custom Entry" (flame icon) at the bottom.
  3. Enter a name, the calories and, if available, the macronutrients. Then select Done.
  4. You will now find the custom entry in your Diary.

Note: It is not possible to edit a custom entry once it has been added or to use it again on another day. This is only possible for your own foods and recipes.
