Yes. If you already know the calories and, optionally, the macronutrients of a meal, you can add it to your Diary without logging each ingredient.
This can be helpful if you’re eating out or using nutrition information provided by a restaurant, packaging, or another trusted source.
How do I add a custom meal entry?
- Open the Diary tab
- Select your meal category
- Tap on the + button
- Tap on the three dots icon in the top right corner
- Choose Quick Add
- Enter a description, the calories, and, if available, the macronutrients
- Tap on Add
Your custom entry will now appear in your Diary.
