Can I log my meal calories without individual ingredients?

Yes. If you already know the calories and, optionally, the macronutrients of a meal, you can add it to your Diary without logging each ingredient.

This can be helpful if you’re eating out or using nutrition information provided by a restaurant, packaging, or another trusted source.

How do I add a custom meal entry?

  • Open the Diary tab
  • Select your meal category
  • Tap on the + button
  • Tap on the three dots icon in the top right corner
  • Choose Quick Add
  • Enter a description, the calories, and, if available, the macronutrients
  • Tap on Add

Your custom entry will now appear in your Diary.
