Many foods in Yazio already include multiple portion sizes you can choose from.
- Open the Diary tab
- Add a food to your meal
- Tap the portion size shown
- Select an option like glass, cup, or teaspoon
If you prefer a quicker option, you can also use AI food tracking 📸 to estimate your meal and adjust the entry before adding it to your Diary.
You can use whichever option feels most comfortable and realistic for you.
