At the top of your Diary, you will find your daily goals for macronutrient intake for carbs, fat, and protein. If these have automatically changed without you making any adjustments, the following has taken place:
Your logged activities have increased your energy needs and, as a result, your macronutrient requirements. That means we not only adjust your remaining calories but also the respective nutrient goals. The advantage of automatic adjustment is that you no longer have to calculate the nutrients you should consume based on the additionally-available calories. This will automatically be calculated. The nutrient goals shown will always match the needs based on your “remaining calories”.
Disable: “Show Burned Calories”
You can choose whether you’d like the app to consider burned calories when calculating your remaining calories and nutritional values. To do so:
- Android: Switch to the Profile section / iOS: Click on "More" and then on "Profile".
- Navigate to Settings .
- Select “Diary”.
- Choose to enable or disable “Include Activities”.
