At the top of your Diary, you will find your daily goals for macronutrient intake for carbs, fat, and protein. If these have automatically changed without your adjustments, the following has taken place:
Your logged activities have increased your energy needs and, as a result, your macronutrient requirements. That means we adjust your remaining calories and the respective nutrient goals. Therefore, you no longer have to calculate the nutrients you should consume based on your available calories. This will automatically be calculated. The nutrient goals shown will always match the needs based on your “remaining calories”.
Disable: “Show Burned Calories”
You can choose whether you’d like the app to consider burned calories when calculating your remaining calories and nutritional values. To do so:
- Switch to the Profile section .
- Navigate to Settings .
- Select “Diary & Water Tracker”.
- Choose to enable or disable “Include Activities in Calorie Goal”.
