So far, we’ve received very positive feedback from our users regarding the calculation of their calorie goal. In most cases, you should see changes to your weight in accordance with your goal in just a few weeks. Nevertheless, there may be isolated cases when you’re not seeing the desired effects based on your calorie goal. This is because every person has a different metabolism.

Please ensure that all of your user and goal settings are correct:

  1. Switch to the Profile tab account-circle__1_.png.
  2. Navigate to "Settings" settings.png.
  3. Select "Profile" as well as "My Goals".
  4. Check that all entered data is correct.

Ensure that your “Weekly Goal” has a minus sign (for “lose weight”) or a plus sign (for “building muscle”) in front of it. If you change any of your entries, make sure to recalculate your calorie goal under “My Goals”.

If all data are correct and you notice that your weight still hasn’t changed after about 6 weeks, you can also choose to adjust your calorie goal manually. Slightly reduce or increase your calorie goal from week to week (about 50-100 Calories each time) until you’ve found the perfect calorie goal for you.

You can adjust your calorie goals as follows:

  1. Switch to the Profile tab account-circle__1_.png.
  2. Navigate to "Settings" settings.png.
  3. Select “My Goals” and then “Calorie Goal”.
  4. Adjust the number to your desired calorie goal and click on "Save".

We also recommend paying very close attention to portion sizes. From our experience, users see fewer results when they under or overestimate portion sizes. Try using a scale to weigh your food for at least one week to get a better idea of the food you consume.

We hope that you were able to find answers to all your questions and wish you a great journey with YAZIO.
