How can I use my YAZIO account on a new phone?

If you have a new phone, you can continue using your existing YAZIO account on your new device. However, there are a few things you should pay attention to before and after switching devices.

 

What should I do before switching devices?

  1. Save your profile: Make sure that your YAZIO profile is linked to an email address, an Apple account, or a Google account to prevent data loss.

  2. Save your user ID: If you're unsure whether your account is registered or not, take a screenshot of your user ID as a precaution.

    You can find it in the YAZIO app under: ProfileSettingsAccount

    This ID allows us to locate your account and ensure that your data will not get lost.

Important note: Some data, such as created recipes and streaks, is stored locally on your device and may be lost when switching phones.

 

How can I access my YAZIO account on my new device?

  1. Log in with your existing account: Tap "I Already Have an Account" to sign in with your existing account.
  2. Use the same login details: Make sure to log in with the same credentials as on your old phone.
  3. Verify your user ID: Under ProfileSettingsAccount, check that the same user ID is shown as before.

Switching from an iOS to an Android device

If you previously used an iOS device and signed in to YAZIO with your Apple account, you may encounter login issues on your new Android device. In that case, we need to link your account to an email address.

Please contact our support team and provide your date of birth, height, and - if possible - your user ID. If you have an active YAZIO PRO subscription, we also need your purchase confirmation.

 

What happens to my YAZIO PRO subscription when I switch devices?

If you have a YAZIO PRO subscription, you can continue using it on your new device. Your YAZIO PRO subscription is not linked to your device.

Important: Make sure you log in with the same credentials you used on your old phone to maintain your PRO status.
