How do I change my e-mail address?

Changing your e-mail address is only possible if your first login method was via e-mail. If you originally signed up with Apple ID or Google, the email address can’t be changed in the app. If you need help, feel free to contact Max (Yazio's AI assistant) in the chat 💬 

If your account was created with an e-mail login, you can update your e-mail address directly in the app:

  1. Switch to the Profile tab 
  2. Navigate to Settings 
  3. Tap "Account," then tap on the e-mail address.
  4. Update the e-mail address.
