Forgot the current password for your user account and need to choose a new password?
If you are logged out of the app, please start the app. Click on “Log in” and then “Forgot Password?” to request a password reset. You must enter the e-mail address with which you registered your YAZIO account. Once you’ve done so, we will send you a link via e-mail. After you've opened the link, you can choose a new password.
Afterwards, open the app and log in with the new password. If this doesn't work, ensure you are using the correct upper/lower case letters. If you are still experiencing issues, please reset your password once again.
If you do not receive an e-mail after you have requested the password reset, please follow the instructions in the respective Help Center article.
