Did you forget the current password of your user account and need to choose a new password?
If you are logged out of the app, please start the app. Click on “Log in” and then “Forgot Password?” to request a password reset. You must enter the email address with which you registered your YAZIO account. Once you’ve done so, we will send you a link via email. After you've opened the link, you can choose a new password.
Afterwards, open the app and log in with the new password. If this doesn't work, pay attention on upper/lower case. In case it still doesn't work, please reset your password once again.
