Please open the app, tap on “I Already Have an Account" and then on "Continue with e-mail". There, tap on “Forgot Password?” to request a password reset. Make sure you enter the e-mail address with which you registered your Yazio account. Once you’ve done so, we will send you a link via e-mail. After you've opened the link, you can choose a new password.
Afterwards, open the app and log in with your new password. If this doesn't work, ensure you are using the correct uppercase and lowercase letters. If you are still experiencing issues, please reset your password once again.
