The heart of the YAZIO app! The nutrition diary is where you can track all your meals. The dashboard gives you an overview of your consumed, remaining, and burned calories, keeping you updated on your calorie and macronutrient intake at any time throughout the day. In addition to your meals, you can document your activities, water intake, body weight, and many other measurements.

Here, you can find our delicious YAZIO recipes! Since our database contains more than 2000 recipes from many different cuisines, we are sure you will find something you like. To help make your search easier, you can use the various categories or filter options. These will let you specify exactly what type of recipe you’re looking for. Please keep in mind, though, that the YAZIO recipes are only available in the PRO version of the app. In addition to the already available YAZIO recipes, you can also create your own recipes.
In the Fasting tab, you can choose one of 20 fasting trackers, from beginner-friendly to advanced intermittent fasting. These trackers help you keep an eye on your eating and fasting periods at any time! While our most popular fasting program, 16:8 is available in the free version of YAZIO, all other fasting trackers can only be used in YAZIO PRO.

In addition to the overview in your YAZIO diary, you can gain detailed insights into the tracked data of the past days, weeks, and months: from nutritional data to steps and activities to measurements and many more. This will let you keep an eye on your overall progress. In the free version of YAZIO, you can access the daily analyses, whereas the weekly and monthly data evaluation is only available in YAZIO PRO.
Your Profile can give you an overview of your data, settings, progress, and goals. Also, you can participate in one of our challenges or connect YAZIO to a third-party app.
Here, you can customize the app according to your needs and individual goals, from your login data to your calorie and macronutrient goals to specific app features.
