Canceling your Pro trial

Please note that our 7-day Free Trial Subscription is offered occasionally and is available only on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to subscribe to it directly in the app.

If you do not wish to extend this free Pro trial period into a paid subscription, you can cancel it in due time as follows:

1. Go to https://www.yazio.com/app/account and log in with your Yazio account.
2. Find your active subscription, select Cancel subscription, and confirm by clicking Unsubscribe.
3. You will now see the updated subscription status, Canceled, and the end date of your subscription period.

If this procedure does not work, you can also cancel your subscription in the Yazio app by following these steps:

1. Open the Yazio app 📱
2. Switch to the Profile tab 
3. Go to Settings 
4. Tap Account, then select Subscription
5. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm the cancellation.
6. You will see the status Canceled and the end date of your subscription period.

You can cancel anytime and still enjoy Pro until the end of your 7-day trial. After that, your account will automatically switch back to the free version 💚
