Did you purchase your subscription through the Google Play Store?
The app might not immediately recognize that you bought Pro.
Follow these steps to get access to all Pro functions:
- You can just open the overview of all active apps on your device and close the Yazio app.
- Open the app again.
Once you've reopened the app, it should automatically switch to Pro. If this is not the case, please try the following:
- Open the Yazio App.
- Open the Pro page in the app.

If you purchased your Pro subscription on our website, the app might not immediately recognize that you have a Pro subscription.
Don't worry; follow these steps to ensure immediate access to all Pro functions:
- You can just open the overview of all active apps on your device and close the Yazio app.
- Open the app again.
Once you've reopened the app, it should automatically switch to Pro. If this is not the case, try logging out and back into the app. To do so:
- Switch to the Profile section.
- Navigate to "Settings".
- Select "Account" and "Log Out".
- Click on "Log In" and provide your account information.
Are you still unable to access your Pro account?
If you still don't have access to Pro, it could be that your purchase wasn't completed or that you purchased the Pro subscription using another Yazio account.
Also, even if your purchase was successful, your Pro subscription may take a while to appear in the app. We greatly appreciate your patience and ask that you wait a little longer. Additionally, please check that you are logged in to the same Yazio account you used to make your purchase.
