Which activity level should I choose?

You can set your activity level in the profile settings under My Goals.
The question now is, which option is best for you?
Keep in mind, your activity level only relates to your everyday work activities.
It's best to track your daily workouts directly in your diary or automatically transfer them from your fitness tracker.
Here are examples of the different activity levels:
Low: Mostly sitting (e.g. Office job)
Moderate: Mostly standing (e.g. Teacher)
High: Mostly walking (e.g. Salesperson)
Very High: Manual labor (e.g. Construction worker)
Please Note:
If you track ALL of your steps (including at work) with your fitness tracker, they may end up being tracked twice. If this is the case, we suggest selecting the lowest activity level and recalculating your calorie goal.
