How can I adjust my goals?

How do I change my goal weight?

You can change your goal weight in the app as follows:

Profile > Settings > My Goals > Goal Weight.

Once you have changed your goal weight, the app will prompt you to recalculate your calorie goal to update it. We strongly recommend that you do this to keep your tracking accurate. Please click 'Yes' or 'Save' to continue.

 

How can I change my weekly goal?

You can change the amount of weight you want to lose or gain each week in the app as follows:

Profile > Settings > My Goals > Weekly Goal.

Please note that it's not possible to set your weekly goal higher than 1kg per week. We've set this limit to support our users on a healthy and sustainable journey and to prevent potential misuse of the app.

 

How can I adjust the distribution of macronutrients?

The percentages of carbohydrates, proteins and fats can be adjusted in the app as follows:

Profile > Settings > My Goals > Nutrient Goals.

 

How do I manually adjust my calorie goal?

You can manually adjust your calorie goal directly in the app as follows:

Profile > Settings > My Goals > Calorie Goal.

 

How can I change my calorie distribution?

You can change the distribution of your calories across your meals by following the instructions below:

Profile > Settings > My Goals > Calorie Goal > Calorie Distribution.

Please note that the calorie distribution can be affected by an active fasting tracker. If the calorie distribution does not appear in your diary as expected, you may need to stop the fasting tracker first. You can find out how to do this here.

 

How do I adjust my 'Weekend Calories'?

'Weekend Calories' allow you to choose to have more calories available over the weekend.

You can adjust your 'Weekend Calories' setting directly in the app as follows:

Profile > Settings > My Goals > Calorie Goal > Weekend Calories.

You can then select the days on which you want to have a higher calorie goal or select "No specific days" if you want to have the same calorie goal on all days.
