Is your new password not working?
If your new password isn’t working, please request the password reset once again. Ensure consistency with spelling and capitalization when you set the password and log in later. It could be that you previously used different upper/lowercase letters or added blank spaces.
Didn’t receive an e-mail after requesting a new password?
Please be patient. Your email provider may take a bit longer to deliver or display your new e-mails. In addition to your main inbox, please also check other folders in your e-mail account, especially the junk/advertising folders. Your e-mail could have mistakenly landed there.
If the e-mail doesn't appear after several minutes, please try to request the password reset once again. Make sure that your e-mail address doesn't contain any typos.
If you still don't receive an e-mail, your YAZIO account may be registered under a different e-mail address or you incorrectly entered your e-mail address during registration. Please in our Help Center including your date of birth, your height, and a confirmation of your PRO purchase. We will attempt to locate your account.
There is no registered account with your user data
You might have been using the app as an unregistered user for a period of time, which means, you were using the app without having saved your profile and without having associated your account with an email. In this case, you will not receive an email to reset your password as there’s no account registered with your login data. Unfortunately, when this happens, there is no way for us to recover or restore the data that you have lost. You need to create a new account in order to save your future data. Make sure to save your new account following the instructions below:
- Open the app, click on “Get started”, and go through the questions in order to set up your profile.
- Android: Choose “Continue with Google” and click on the Google account you would like to use for your YAZIO account or choose “Continue with email”. There, you can enter your desired email address and password and click on “Sign up”. iOS: Choose “Continue with email” or “Continue with Apple” and confirm the process.
- Now your account has been successfully registered, and your data will be safe.
