Error code: 409

If you are shown the error code 409 when trying to create an account, your email address is already registered in the YAZIO app.

In this case, you need to log in to your account by following these steps:

  1. Open the YAZIO app and click on "I Already Have an Account".
  2. Choose "Continue With E-mail".
  3. Click on "Forgot password?" at the top-right corner of the screen.
  4. Enter the email address you want to register with.

Afterwards, you should receive a link via email where you can set a new password. Then, you should be able to log in to the app with the new password. If this doesn't work, please make sure to check all upper and lower case letters. If you still can't log in, please try to reset your password again.
