There are various platforms you can use to purchase a YAZIO PRO subscription.
It is possible to purchase a subscription on the YAZIO website or directly in the app through Google Play or the Apple App Store. As a general rule, the subscription must be canceled on the platform through which the purchase was made.
Purchase on the App Store
If you have purchased your subscription directly in the app through Apple, a binding contract has been created between you and the App Store.
In this case, unfortunately, we do not have the legal authority or access in our system to terminate this contract prematurely or arrange a refund for you.
Please contact Apple Support directly to cancel the purchase.

Purchase on the Google Play Store
If you purchased your subscription directly in the app through Google Play, we are unfortunately not your direct contractual partner and, therefore, have limited access to your subscription details on Google Play.
In this case, please contact Google Play if you wish to cancel the purchase.
Here, you can find a specific procedure for requesting refunds from Google.
If you have any further questions about possible refunds, we recommend contacting Google Play customer service directly.
Purchase on the YAZIO website
If you have purchased the YAZIO PRO subscription on our website, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (YAZIO GmbH, Kartäuserstr. 13a, 99084 Erfurt, help@yazio.com) of your decision to cancel this contract with a clear statement (e.g., by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
