How can I request a refund for my Pro subscription?

You can purchase your Yazio Pro subscription on different platforms. Where you bought it decides how you request a refund.

As a general rule, you need to request the refund on the same platform where you completed the purchase 💡

How can I request a refund if I purchased via Google Play?

If you purchased your Pro subscription directly in the app via Google Play, the contract was created between you and Google.

This means:
  • Yazio is not your direct contractual partner
  • Yazio has limited access to your Google Play subscription details
  • Yazio cannot process refunds for Google Play purchases

How can I request a refund if I purchased via the Apple App Store?

If you purchased your Pro subscription directly in the app via the Apple App Store, the contract was created between you and Apple.

This means:
  • Yazio does not have access to your App Store subscription details
  • Yazio cannot cancel the subscription or issue a refund on Apple’s behalf

  • Contact Apple Support directly
  • Follow Apple’s official refund procedure

How can I request a refund if I purchased on the Yazio website?

If you purchased your Pro subscription on the Yazio website, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason 💸

The withdrawal period:
  • Is 14 days and starts on the day the contract is concluded

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to inform us with a clear statement.

It is sufficient to send your cancellation before the 14-day period expires, and you can use the sample withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.
