How do I request a refund for my PRO account?

Unfortunately, in most cases, we will not be able to offer a refund for your purchase. Your right to withdraw expires as soon as YAZIO PRO has begun providing the payable functionalities of the app (see our Terms & Conditions). This information is provided when purchasing through Google Play or Apple iTunes. You can, however, contact Google Play or Apple iTunes to see if you are entitled to a refund. You can cancel your subscription at any timethe contract will end at the earliest possible date.

In most cases, we can quickly resolve any issues you are experiencing. Please submit a request and let us know which parts of YAZIO PRO you are dissatisfied with. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
