How can I request a refund for my PRO account?

Did you recently get a PRO account, but are unhappy with your purchase? We’re very sorry to hear that! In most cases, we can quickly resolve any issues you are experiencing. Please send an e-mail to help@yazio.com and let us know which parts of YAZIO PRO you are dissatisfied with. We will then contact you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, in most cases, we will not be able to offer a refund for your purchase. Your right to withdraw expires as soon as YAZIO PRO has begun providing the payable functionalities of the app (see our Terms & Conditions). This information is provided when purchasing through Google Play or Apple iTunes. You can, however, contact Google Play or Apple iTunes to see if you are entitled to a refund. You can cancel your subscription at any time – the contract will end at the earliest possible date.
