I subscribed to PRO, but I’m still a basic user!

Did you recently purchase a PRO subscription, but cannot access the PRO features yet? Please follow these instructions to solve the issue.

Payment Through Google Play

As an Android user, open the PRO page in the app. Once you have done that, your account should automatically switch to PRO.

Payment Through Apple iTunes

  1. Switch to the Profile section account-circle__1_.png.
  2. Navigate to "Settings" settings.png.
  3. Select "Account" and click on "Restore subscription".
  4. If necessary, confirm by entering your iTunes password.

Purchase Through the Website

If you did not purchase your PRO subscription within the app, but on our website, the app might not immediately recognize that you purchased PRO. Don’t worry, simply follow these steps to ensure immediate access to all PRO functions:

  1. Open the overview of all active apps on your device and close the YAZIO app.
  2. Open the app again.

Once you’ve reopened the app, it should automatically switch to PRO. If this is not the case, try logging out and back into the app. To do so:

  1. Switch to the Profile section account-circle__1_.png.
  2. Navigate to "Settings" settings.png.
  3. Select "Account" and "Log Out".
  4. Click on "Log In" and provide your account information.

Still can’t access your PRO account?

If you still don’t have access to PRO, it could be that your purchase was not successfully completed or you have purchased the PRO subscription using another YAZIO account. If you have questions or problems, please send us a message and include the purchase confirmation that you received via e-mail.
