Did you purchase your PRO subscription through our website?
In this case, the app will not immediately recognize that you purchased PRO. Don’t worry, simply follow these steps to ensure immediate access to all PRO functions:
- Open the overview of all actives apps on your device and close the YAZIO app.
- Open the app again.
Once you’ve reopened the app, it should automatically switch to PRO. If this is not the case, try logging out and back into the app. To do so:
- Switch to the "Me" area.
- Scroll to the bottom and open the "Settings".
- Select "Other Settings" and click on "Log Out".
- Click on "Log In" and provide your account information.
Still can’t access your PRO account?
If you still don’t have access to PRO, that means your purchase was not successfully completed or you have purchased the PRO subscription with another YAZIO account. If you have questions or problems, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the purchase confirmation that you received via e-mail.
