How can I cancel my PRO subscription?

Did you purchase a PRO subscription in the app through Google Play or Apple iTunes?

If so, please follow the corresponding instructions for iOS or for Android. Unfortunately, we cannot process the cancellation, as we have no access to the subscription.

Did you purchase a PRO subscription through our website?

If so, you can cancel your subscription as follows:

  1. Send a cancellation request to help@yazio.com.
  2. Within the email, provide us with the invoice number from your purchase (starts with “in_”).
  3. Please ensure that you send the email at least 48 hours before your subscription’s expiration date. If your cancellation request is not received within this timeframe, your PRO subscription will be automatically renewed and you will need to wait to cancel your subscription until the next possible date.
