If you have saved your account under your email address and password, your data is not gone, even if that appears to be the case.
In this situation, please carry out the following steps:
- Please check your internet connection. Your data can only load correctly with a stable internet connection.
- Log out of the app, close the app completely, and open the app again.
- If this does not help, please uninstall the app from your phone/tablet, then download and reinstall it.
If your data is still not displayed properly, it's very likely that you were logged in to another Yazio account previously and used that account to make your entries. Please log in with your other account and check whether your data is shown there.
Note: For maintenance purposes, it may be necessary to restart or temporarily shut down our servers. This could cause your data to disappear temporarily for several minutes. So please try again later. In very rare cases, it may also be necessary to restore a data backup. If this happens, the data you entered in the last few hours might have been lost. However, our backups are generally a maximum of four hours.
