If you see error code 409 when trying to create an account, your email address is already registered in the Yazio app. 😊
In this case, you need to log in to your account by following these steps:
- Open the Yazio app and click on I Already Have an Account.
- Choose Continue With E-mail.
- Click on Forgot password? at the top-right corner of the screen.
- Enter the email address you want to register with.
Afterwards, you should receive an email with a link to set a new password. Then you should be able to log in to the app with the new password. If this doesn't work, please make sure to check all uppercase and lowercase letters. If you still can't log in, please try resetting your password again.
