What does canceling my subscription imply?

If you cancel your subscription, it will not renew at the end of your current billing period.

You can continue using Yazio Pro until the end date you’ve already paid for. After that, your subscription will expire automatically.

Please note:

• Canceling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund
• Your contract duration stays the same for the full subscription period
• You can’t pause or shorten an active subscription
• Uninstalling the app or deleting your Yazio account does not cancel your subscription

What happens after I cancel?

• You won’t be charged again
• Your Yazio Pro access stays active until the end of your billing period
• Your subscription then expires automatically

How can I cancel a sub. purchased via Google Play? (Android)

If you purchased Yazio Pro through the Google Play Store, your subscription is managed directly by Google. For privacy reasons, we don’t have access to your payment details and can’t cancel it for you.

To cancel your subscription:

• Open the Play Store on your device
• Tap on your profile picture
• Tap Payments and subscriptions
• Tap on Subscriptions
• Select your Yazio subscription
• Tap on Cancel subscription and confirm

The subscription will expire at the end of the current billing period. You can also manage your subscription directly on the Google Play website. If you run into any issues, please contact Google Support for further help.

How can I cancel a sub. purchased via the App Store? (iOS)

If you purchased Yazio Pro through the App Store, your subscription is managed by Apple. We’re unable to cancel it on your behalf.

To cancel your subscription:

• Open the App Store on your device
• Tap on your profile picture
• Tap Subscriptions
• Select your Yazio subscription
• Turn off auto-renewal

Your subscription will expire at the end of the current billing period.

How can I cancel a sub. purchased on the Yazio website?

If you purchased Yazio Pro on our website, you can cancel it either online or in the app.

Option 1 → Cancel via browser

• Go to https://www.yazio.com/app/account
• Log in to your Yazio account
• Find your active subscription
• Select Cancel subscription
• Confirm by tapping on Unsubscribe

You’ll see the updated status “Canceled” and the end date of your subscription period.

Option 2 → Cancel in the Yazio app

• Open the Yazio app
• Go to the Profile tab
• Tap on Settings
• Tap Account
• Select Subscription
• Tap on Cancel subscription and confirm

You’ll see the updated status, Canceled, and your subscription end date.
