How can I use the app during Ramadan?

If you are observing Ramadan and would like to track your fasting period, you can use the 17:7 fasting method in the Yazio app.

As a Pro user, you can customize your fasting times to match Suhoor and Iftar 🌙

This allows you to keep your routine structured while respecting your individual schedule.

How can I start the 17:7 fasting method?

To set up the 17:7 fasting tracker:

  • Open the Yazio app
  • Tap on the Fasting tab
  • Scroll to Popular trackers
  • Tap More
  • Select 17:7 under Intermediate
  • Scroll down and tap on Fasting preset
  • Tap Manually adjust fasting times
  • Set your preferred fasting window
  • Tap Start tracker

Tip: Adjust your fasting window before starting the tracker to match your daily prayer and meal times.

How can I cancel an active fasting tracker?

If you have already started another fasting tracker, cancel it first:

  • Open the Yazio app
  • Tap on the Fasting tab
  • Tap on the pencil icon in the top right corner
  • Tap Cancel Fast
  • Confirm by tapping Cancel fasting
  • Tap on the cross in the top right corner to return

You can now select 17:7 and follow the steps above to start your new tracker.
