Why do tips change? 

Tips reflect your recent meal logs, so they adapt as your eating habits change.

No. Meal Tips are for educational purposes only and do not replace professional medical or dietary advice.

Can I snooze them? 

Yes. If you skip meal tips 3 times in a row, you will be given the option to hide them for 2 weeks. During this time, Meal Tips won't be shown after logging meals and will reappear automatically once the snooze period ends.
