What is our 7-Day Free Trial subscription and how can I cancel it in due time during the trial period?

With our 7-Day Free Trial Subscription, you can access and test all PRO content and functions of our app for free and without any limitations for 7 days. Currently, our free trial is only available for purchases made through our website, it's not possible to subscribe to it directly in the app. 

If you do not wish to extend this free PRO trial period into a paid subscription, you can cancel it in due time as follows:

  • Open the YAZIO app.
  • Android: Switch to the Profile tab / iOS: Click on "More" and select "Profile".
  • Go to Settings. 
  • Click on "Account", then select "Subscription."
  • Click on "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation. You will be shown the status "canceled" and the end date of your subscription period. 

If this procedure does not work, you can also send us a message any time by following these steps:

  • Please send a message stating your cancellation request via our contact form.
  • Within the email, provide us with the User ID and the e-mail address associated with your YAZIO account.
  • Please ensure that you send the email at least 48 hours before the extension of your Free Trial. If your cancellation request is not received within this timeframe, your Free Trial will automatically extend to the regular YAZIO PRO subscription.

Please keep in mind that once you cancel your trial subscription, your PRO access will end immediately. This means, the PRO content and features will no longer be available for you and your account will be changed back to the basic version.
