If you need extra push and motivation, you can take part in various challenges right in the YAZIO app. You can find these in your Profile tab's “Challenge” category.
Currently, you have the following challenges to choose from:
- No Chocolate
- No Sugar
- No Sweets
- No Fast Food
- No Coffee
- No Alcohol
- No Pizza
- No Meat
- No Chips
- No Cigarettes
To take part in a challenge and start the timer, you only need to click on the respective challenge. To cancel it, please click on “I give up!” and confirm this by selecting “I give up!” again (Android) or clicking on “Yes” (iOS).
Please note:
- You cannot take part in more than one challenge at once.
- The countdown ends after 99 days and cannot be extended. If you wish to continue the challenge, you can simply restart the timer.
- Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to participate in a challenge with other YAZIO users. However, we plan on making this possible in the future!
