You can log in with your user data if you have previously saved your YAZIO profile.
- Your e-mail address and/or password are incorrect?
In this case, you might have used YAZIO before without registration.

Please check if you have received an email from us after registering.
- Is your email address already in use, or is it incorrect?
When you enter your user data in the registration form, an error message appears because there's already a registered account with your user data.
Why can't I log in with my user data?
You can log in with your user data only if you have previously saved your YAZIO profile with an e-mail address and password.
If you use YAZIO on an iOS device, you can also save your data with your Apple ID.
Since you do not need to register to use the basic version of YAZIO or YAZIO PRO, there may be no account with the user data entered.
Your e-mail address and/or password are incorrect?
If you enter your e-mail address and password but receive an error message, you have probably used YAZIO before without registering. This means that this email address was not linked to your account while you were using the application.
In this case, please go through all the questions again when opening the app and continue without registering. Then go to your Profile and choose "Sign up or log in".
If you have already purchased a PRO subscription before saving your profile, you can restore it as described here.
Unfortunately, the data you already registered is only saved if your account is registered and, therefore, cannot be restored.
Are you sure you have already registered an account?
Check if you have received an email from us confirming your registration.
In this case, check that your e-mail address and password are spelled correctly.
Typing errors or an extra space often occur. If it is still not possible to log in with your user data, please request a new password.
If you have not received an e-mail from us, it could be that your YAZIO account is associated with a different e-mail address or that you made a typing error when registering.
If you are using YAZIO on an iOS device, check if you can sign in with Apple and your Apple ID via Log In > Continue with Apple.
If you are not sure whether you have saved your account or the email address you registered with, please send a request to our Help Center stating your date of birth and height. Please also send us the payment receipt of your PRO subscription, if you have one. We will then try to find your account in our system.
Is your email address already in use, or is it incorrect?
This error message appears if you enter your user data in the registration form even though there's already an account for your email address. Please use the "Log In" button to log in with your existing account.
