Intermittent fasting during shift work is a bit tricky, at least most methods are. However, that doesn't mean you can't try different methods in your shift system. In our opinion, 5:2 or 6:1 fasting is best for shift work. For example, you can choose non-working days as fasting days and eat normally on working days.
