How do I add body measurements to track my progress?

Would you like to track your progress?

You can log your weight as follows:

  1. Under the Diary tab book-minus.png, switch to the day you would like to add your weight.
  2. Scroll down to the “Measurements” section.
  3. Use the +/- symbols to easily adjust to your current weight.

In addition to your weight, you can log additional body measurements as follows:

  1. Under the Diary tabbook-minus.png, switch to the day you would like to add your measurement.
  2. Scroll down to the “Measurements” section.
  3. Click “More” and select “Add more”.
  4. Choose the desired measurement type and add the current value. 
  5. Click “Add”.

We recommend adding your measurements one time per week. It is completely normal for your measurements to fluctuate up or down slightly throughout the week, and tracking your measurements every day will only drive you crazy. It’s best to track your measurements on the same day each week, at the same time and under the same circumstances (before/after eating).
