What do the red, yellow and green colors mean in the diary?

At the top of your food diary, you will find red, yellow or green checkmarks on previous days.

The explanation for these colors is simple: Depending on how many calories you consumed on a particular day – in comparison with your calorie goal and burned calories – you will receive a particular color:

Red = You exceeded your calorie goal and did not burn enough calories to make up for the additional calories.

Yellow = You exceeded your calorie goal, but were able to offset the additional calories through burned calories.

Green = You remained below your calorie goal and still have calories left over.
