What does the check mark symbol next to the foods in the search mean?

When you search for food in the app, you may see entries with a small checkmark next to the title. These are entries that have already been verified by us.

What does it mean for a food to be verified?

A food is verified when certain factors indicate that the calorie and nutritional information in the entry are correct. This occurs, for example, when a manual review by our team is performed. Additionally, when the food comes from a source that is considered trustworthy, it is also marked as “verified”. If you find suitable verified food for your search, we recommend using it.

We hope that you were able to find answers to all your questions and wish you a great journey with YAZIO. Should you have any more questions, please feel free to contact our support team and submit your request here.
