Did you purchase your subscription through the Google Play Store?

As an Android user, open the PRO page in the app. Once you have done that, your account should automatically switch to PRO.

Did you subscribe via the Apple App Store?

  1. Switch to the Profile section. 
  2. Navigate to "Settings".
  3. Select "Account" and click on "Restore subscription".
  4. If necessary, confirm by entering your iTunes password.

Did you sign up for your subscription through our website?

If you did not purchase your PRO subscription within the app but on our website, the app might not immediately recognize that you bought PRO.

Don't worry; follow these steps to ensure immediate access to all PRO functions:

  1. You can just open the overview of all active apps on your device and close the YAZIO app.
  2. Open the app again.

Once you've reopened the app, it should automatically switch to PRO. If this is not the case, try logging out and back into the app. To do so:

  1. Switch to the Profile section.
  2. Navigate to "Settings".
  3. Select "Account" and "Log Out".
  4. Click on "Log In" and provide your account information. 

Are you still unable to access your PRO account?

If you still don't have access to PRO, it could be that your purchase was not completed or you have purchased the PRO subscription using another YAZIO account.

Also, even if your purchase was successful, your PRO subscription may take a while to appear in the app. We highly appreciate your patience and would ask you to wait a little longer. Additionally, please check that you are logged in with the same YAZIO account you have signed in to while making your purchase. If you notice that your purchase is linked to another email address different from the one of your current YAZIO account or if you have other questions or problems, please get in touch with our support team and include the purchase confirmation that you received via email.
