You get an error message that your email address and/or password is wrong?
It could be that you were using the app without having registered an account.
Please open the app and answer all of the initial questions once again. Continue without registering and then switch to the Profile tab . Select "Save Your Profile".
If you already purchased a PRO account before saving your profile, you can restore your profile as described here.
Are you sure that you already have an account?
In this case please check if your email address and your password is really entered correctly. It often happens that there is a typo or blank space in the user data. If it is still not possible to log in, please request a new password.
Another reason could be that your YAZIO account runs with another email address or you already had a typo during registration. If you are not sure about that, please submit a request in our Help Center, in which you mention your date of birth and your body height. Then we will investigate the problem.
Your email address already exists or is wrong?
This error message occurs if you enter your user data into the registration form, although there is already an account with your email address. Please use the button "log in" in order to log in with your existing account.
