You get an error message that your email address and/or password is wrong?
In this case please check if your email address and your password is really entered correctly. It often happens that there is a typo or blank space in the user data. If it is still not possible to log in, please request a new password.
Another reason could be that your YAZIO account runs with another email address or you already had a typo during registration. If you are not sure about that, please submit a request in our Help Center or send an email to email@example.com, in which you mention your date of birth and your body height. Then we will investigate the problem.
Your email address already exists or is wrong?
This error message occurs if you enter your user data into the registration form, although there is already an account with your email address. Please use the button "log in" in order to log in with your existing account.
