Nothing happens after entering my user data, what is happening?

If the app doesn't start properly after opening it or after entering your user data, the reason is mostly a missing or bad internet connection. Please check if your WiFi is active or if you have a stable connection to the mobile internet. It might also help to close the app and re-open it.

We are sorry that an option to use the app without an active internet connection (offline) is not yet available.
