After entering my user data nothing happens, what is the reason?

If the app doesn't start properly after opening it or after entering your user data, the reason is mostly a missing or bad internet connection. Please check if your WiFi is active or if you have a stable connection to the mobile internet. It might also help to close the app and reopen it.

We are sorry that an option to use the app without an active internet connection (offline) is not yet available.
