Requesting the data export does not work, what is the reason? (iOS)

You do not get an email after you requested the data export?

Please be patient for a little while, because your email provider might take a bit longer to deliver or display your new emails. Besides your main inbox, please also check other folders in your email account, especially the junk / advertising folder. Your email could be mistakenly placed there.

If the email still does not appear, please check in your account settings if your email address is correct and without any typos. In case you notice a mistake, submit a request in our Help Center or send us an email to help@yazio.com, so we can change the address.

You do receive an email, but it has no attachment?

Please make sure that your email provider or Antivirus program did not mistakenly blocked or deleted the attachment. Also try to open the email on another device or in a different application, as it can happen that the attachment is not shown properly.

Please note: The data export is only available for PRO users.
