The scanned product will not be recognized, why? (Android)

If scanning the product does not work properly, it can have several reasons. In most cases the scanned product is not in our database, so no results can be shown. If this is the case, you can add the respective product and contribute to the improvement of our database. It might also be possible that your account has a food database of another country and therefore you don't get suitable suggestions.

Moreover, it is important for the scanning process that the barcode is in good quality and readable. So it might help to make it uncreased or arrange good light conditions during scanning.
