I found a bug. What should I do?

Did you find a bug in the app or is something not working properly?

Please submit a request with the following information:

  • Detailed description of the error (where in the app the error occurred and what you did before that?)
  • Are you using the Android or the iOS app?
  • What version of YAZIO do you have installed?
  • What version of Android (e.g. Android 8.0) or iOS (e.g. iOS 11.3) is running on your device?
  • If possible, attach a screenshot.
