My data is gone, what now?

Are you logged in and all or a part of your previously entered data seems to be gone or deleted?

First, stay calm! Our servers - operated in Germany - are very safe. Your data is not gone, even it that appears to be the case. In this situation, please carry out the following steps:

  1. Please check your internet connection. You data can only load correctly with a stable internet connection.
  2. Log out of the app, close the app completely and open the app again.
  3. If this does not help, please delete the app from your phone/tablet and download and install the app again.

If your data are still not shown properly, it's very likely that you were logged in with another YAZIO account before and used that one to make your entries. Please log in with your other account and check whether your data are shown there. In case you are not sure if you have another account, please send us an email to help@yazio.com, in which you mention your date of birth and your body height. Then we will investigate if there is another account registered.

Note: For maintenance purposes, sometimes it may be necessary to restart or shut down our servers temporarily. This could cause your data to temporarily disappear for several minutes. So, please try again later. In very rare cases, it may also be necessary that we need to restore a data backup. If this is the case, it may possibly that the data you entered in the last few hours has been lost. However, our backups are generally a maximum of four hours.
