Did you forget the current password of your user account and need to request a new password?
If you are logged out of the app, please start the app. Click on “Log in” and then “Forgot Password?” to request a new password. You must enter the email address with which you registered your YAZIO account. Once you’ve done so, we will send you a new password via email.
When you receive the new password, please log into the app to change your password under the Account Settings.
Is your new password not working? It’s likely due to the different between a lowercase “l” (such as “love”) and an uppercase “I” (such as “International”). If this is the case, please request a new password as described above.
