What does canceling my subscription imply?
Canceling your subscription means that your subscription will not be renewed once the validity date has expired. After you have canceled your subscription, it will remain valid for the period you have paid, and you can access it in your app until the expiration date.
Once your subscription is canceled, we will not charge you for another subscription period. Please keep in mind that your cancellation does not result in a refund. Here, you can learn more about how to request a refund.
Additionally, once your PRO subscription has been purchased, the contract duration created at the time of the purchase remains the same for the entirety of the subscription. Therefore, it’s not possible to pause or change the duration of the subscription.
Please also note that your PRO subscription will continue even if you uninstall the app or delete your user account with YAZIO.
Subscription purchased through the Google Play Store (Android)
If you subscribed to PRO through your Google Play Store account, unfortunately, we are not allowed to cancel the subscription for you because Google does not give us access to your payment data. In order to cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions below:
- Open the Play Store on your smartphone or tablet.
- Tap on your profile picture and then on "Payments and subscriptions".
- Then click on "Subscriptions".
- Search for the YAZIO subscription and select it.
- Select "Cancel subscription" and confirm it.
- Your subscription will expire at the end of the subscription period.
Alternatively, you can cancel your subscription on the website of Google Play.

Subscription purchased through the App Store (iOS)
If you subscribed to PRO through your App Store account, unfortunately, we are not allowed to cancel the subscription for you because Apple does not give us access to your payment data. In order to cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions below:
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
- Log in to your App Store account.
- Select the YAZIO subscription you want to cancel.
- Deactivate the auto-renewing payment.
- The subscription will expire at the end of the subscription period.

Purchase through the website
If you did not purchase the subscription within the app but on our website, you can cancel your subscription as follows:
- Open the YAZIO app.
- Switch to the Profile tab.
- Go to Settings.
- Click on "Account", then select "Subscription".
- Click on"Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation. You will be shown the status "canceled" and the end date of your subscription period.
Alternatively, you can submit your cancellation directly through our website, yazio.com:
- Go to our homepage, yazio.com.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Cancel Subscription".
- Fill in the form correctly and click on "Cancel Now".
- Your request has been submitted and will be processed. You will receive a confirmation via email shortly.
If this procedure does not work, you can also send us a message any time by following these steps:
- Please send a message stating your cancellation request via our contact form.
- Within the email, provide us with the purchase receipt of your subscription and the e-mail address associated with your account.
- Please ensure that you send the email at least 48 hours before your subscription’s expiration date. If your cancellation request is not received within this timeframe, your PRO subscription will be automatically renewed and you will need to wait to cancel your subscription until the next possible date.
