My data do not appear immediately in Fitbit/YAZIO

Your entered data do not appear immediately in Fitbit or YAZIO?

Data between Fitbit and YAZIO are not being transferred in real-time, because Fitbit does only allow a certain amount of data requests per hour. Therefore it can happen that your data are already visible in the Fitbit dashboard in your browser, although not yet in the Fitbit app or in YAZIO.

What you can do:

  • Reloading/refreshing the diary in YAZIO
  • Reloading/refreshing the dashboard in the Fitbit app
  • Completely close and reload the Fitbit app

The data are still not being synced?

Please check in your Fitbit app whether the registered Fitbit account is the same as the one you used for the connection with YAZIO. If your activities are already visible in the Fitbit app, but not yet in YAZIO, please go to http://fitbit.com, log in and make sure that your your activities are visible there. The visibility on the Fitbit website is required, because we're syncing the data online and not locally on your device.
