No data are being transferred, although the connection with Samsung Health is enabled

No data are being synced, despite having enabled the connection?

  1. Please check whether the connection is still enabled. This can be recognized by the "Disconnect" button in the Samsung Health card under "Apps & devices".
  2. Please check whether you've given the required reading and writing permissions. You can do this in the permission settings in the Samsung Health card under "Apps & devices".
  3. If necessary, restart your phone as well as disable and enable the connection with Samsung Health.
