No data are being synced, despite having enabled the connection?
- Please check whether the connection is still enabled. This can be recognized by the "Disconnect" button in the Samsung Health card under "Apps & devices".
- Please check whether you've given the required reading and writing permissions. You can do this in the permission settings in the Samsung Health card under "Apps & devices".
- If necessary, restart your phone as well as disable and enable the connection with Samsung Health.
